How much does a website cost?
Every project is quoted at a fixed price following a free consultation, so the cost never changes halfway through. Starting prices for each service are listed on our Services page.
How long does it take?
A Tone-Up typically takes 1–2 weeks and a Full Build 3–5 weeks. Timelines are agreed up front and depend on how quickly content and feedback are provided.
Can you work with my existing website?
Absolutely, that's exactly what a Tone-Up is for. Whether it's WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or custom code, we'll audit it and recommend the most effective route forward.
Do you handle hosting and domains?
Yes. We can provide fast, secure managed hosting and handle your domain, or work with your existing provider. Either way, everything stays in your name.
What happens after launch?
Every launch includes a full handover and a support period. Optional monthly care plans cover updates, security, backups and ongoing improvements.
Do I need to provide the words and photos?
It helps, but it isn't essential. Full Builds include copywriting support and curated imagery, and we'll guide you on exactly what's needed for a Tone-Up.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Every TONED site is designed mobile-first and tested across phones, tablets and desktops before launch.
Can you help my business show up on Google?
Yes. Every project includes local SEO foundations, and we can set up or improve your Google Business Profile so customers nearby can find you.
Can I make changes to the site myself?
If you'd like to, we can set your site up so you can edit key content yourself. Otherwise, small changes are covered by an optional care plan.
Do you only work with local businesses?
We focus on Goring, Pangbourne, Tilehurst, Reading and the surrounding Thames Valley, so we can meet in person. If you're further afield, get in touch and we'll see if we're the right fit.
